This innovative teaching pedagogy will take the teaching learning practices across the boundaries and everyone is enable to share their views, knowledge and passion for learning globally. The challenges one face in using this media lies in the lack of exposure to these innovative technologies. It is the teacher's role to motivate the students to come up with creative thoughts. Teachers should encourage the students and enhance their critical and creative thinking by using this social media. Only collaborative teaching-learning process will lead to the accomplishment of this teaching pedagogy.

The workshop theme is mandatory to the current scenario. We need this technology for the current 'digital generation', who is being indifferent to the traditional teaching. They need this kind of teaching badly as they are accustomed to this technology. So we are in the need of servicing them, we can use this effectively to cope up with their changing needs. This two day National Workshop on "Virtual Learning" has equipped my technical knowledge and encouraged me to apply it in my teaching. I sincerely place my thanks to the organising secretary and committee.
A very helpful workshop on Virtual learning. Learnt a lot on the use of various tools to create a virtual classroom and to integrate technology with classroom learning and to make it interesting. But the challenge is if we allow the use of net in class will the students stick to the work given and not get lost in using it for entertainment and social networking.
